The B-Well Framework
Clinically trained. Spiritually grounded.
What B-Well Is
B-Well is a biblical wellness framework that provides a shared foundation for faith-informed care within the My Wellness Wallet network.
It offers a common language that helps therapists deliver care in a way that is thoughtful, grounded and consistent across the network.
B-Well does not prescribe a specific clinical treatment model or replace clinical judgment. Instead, it offers a whole-person framework that may help therapists consider emotional, relational, spiritual and contextual factors throughout the therapeutic process when appropriate and client-led.
What B-Well Is Not
B-Well is not a clinical model or treatment approach.
It does not replace professional training, supervision or clinical judgment. Therapists continue to practice within their own clinical framework, using the methods and approaches that guide their work.
B-Well does not provide clinical instruction or define how therapy should be conducted. It is not intended to evaluate clinical competency or determine therapeutic outcomes.
My Wellness Wallet does not supervise therapists or participate in the therapeutic process. All care, communication and clinical decisions remain entirely between the therapist and the client.
B-Well is designed to complement clinical best practices, offering a Christian-informed foundation that can be integrated when appropriate and when led by the client.
How B-Well Is Used
Therapists engage with B-Well as a guide, not as a set of instructions.
Therapists maintain full autonomy over clinical decisions, treatment approach and the therapeutic process.
B-Well may inform tone, posture and the way conversations are held when faith is relevant to the client.
Any integration of faith is always client-led and applied in a way that is appropriate to the therapeutic context.
For therapists who choose to be listed as faith-informed, a brief B-Well orientation and confirmation process helps ensure clarity and shared understanding across the network.
Why B-Well Matters
At its core, B-Well reflects a simple belief: people are more than a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Care is most effective when it considers the whole person, including emotional, relational and spiritual well-being. Within the B-Well framework, this reflects care for the heart, mind, soul and strength. For clients who value a Christian perspective, this creates space for those conversations to happen in a way that feels natural.
